The verified game rules
A movable group must descend by one rank at each step. The initial verified collection uses spades only. Any exposed card or valid descending group may enter an empty column. A completed King-to-Ace run is collected automatically.

The verified game starts with fifty stock cards divided into five deals. Standard Spider requires every column to be occupied before dealing. Every stock deal adds one card to each of ten columns. Clearing eight thirteen-card runs accounts for all 104 cards.
